We believe Black Jobs Matter is a economic issue requiring an economic solution.
The purpose or purpose for which the corporation is formed is as follows:

The corporation is a non-profit organized to benefit black and minority workers by promoting and building relationships with companies to hire black and minority workers, and strengthen programs that merge training and employment opportunities for black and minority workers. The corporation will provide these services to help assist black and minority workers to become successful and useful members of their communities, families and society.

 - Tarell Huddleson, Executive Director -

Black Jobs Matter benefits Black and minority workers by promoting and building relationships with companies to hire Black and minority workers.

The goals of Black Jobs Matter are to:

  • Promote workforce development and economic opportunities for here-to-fore under-served economically disadvantaged Black and Brown communities.

  • Reduce the historical racial wealth gap between black and brown communities and their white counterparts.
