ABBA’s youth programming promotes leadership, self-esteem, and community responsibility. Through mentorship, career exploration, educational workshops, and sports-based engagement, young people are guided away from at-risk behaviors and toward purpose-driven futures. Programs like Youth Speak, Next Gen Leaders, empowering young professionals of Hempstead and ABBA Scholars teach emotional intelligence, financial literacy, civic engagement, and digital skills. The goal is to inspire youth to see themselves as agents of change—leaders in both their communities and families.
