ABBA’s Anti-Recidivism Training is designed to break the cycle of incarceration by focusing on rehabilitation, re-education, and re-entry. Participants, primarily returning citizens, receive career coaching, emotional intelligence workshops, and mentorship that fosters accountability and self-sufficiency.

The program partners with local employers and correctional re-entry services to create real job opportunities, restore family connections, and reduce the stigma surrounding formerly incarcerated individuals.
