Culinary Related Training
This hands-on program blends culinary arts education with small business development training. Participants learn professional cooking techniques, food safety certification, catering logistics, and business fundamentals such as marketing, budgeting, and client relations.
Graduates are encouraged to launch food trucks, catering companies, or community kitchens, helping build local food ecosystems while generating income. ABBA’s culinary initiative also collaborates with local restaurants and hospitality partners to secure internships and apprenticeships for graduates.
